Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping and Delivery

a. Bucobianco undertakes to fulfill each order confirmed within 15 working days, and in respect of the period of 30 working days from the day following that on which the customer has sent the Order. During sales and sale suspension periods, delivery times indicated above are subject to slippages.

b. Customer Service is available to assist the customer and order status for any problem with the delivery ( except during holidays and periods of sale suspension ) . Customer Service is available from Tuesday to Saturday during the following hours: 10 : 0-13 : 00 and 14 : 30-19 : 00.

c. The Customer shall inspect the Products immediately upon delivery, to ascertain the compliance with the order.

d. Any abnormalities (such as tampering, damage to the packaging, damaged products, missing products ) will be specifically described directly on the delivery requested and signed by the customer via email.

2. Shipping costs

a. Shipping costs are charged to the customer in a lump sum as set below:

• Italy free of charge

• Rest of the world € 20.00

b. The shipping costs will be displayed with the other costs related to the purchase after the compilation of each Order and before the confirmation.

3. Return Policy

a. Bucobianco intends to guarantee the customer the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal under the best possible conditions.

b. The customer has the right to terminate each Order concluded, without penalty and without giving any reason, within the deadline of 10 working days from the day of the receipt of the Products . Otherwise, Bucobianco does not accept the return.

c. The Customer may terminate the Order in whole or in part.

d. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must use the Return Form, requireble by e – mail at shop@bucobianco.com .

e. To exercise the right of withdrawal , the customer must return the products to Bucobianco delivering them to the courier for shipment no later than the final deadline of 10 days from the date of receipt. Otherwise Bucobianco does not accept the return.

f. Bucobianco advises the Customer to consult their own courier DHL.

g. The customer is free to use other carriers. In this case, the responsibility of evidence of product returning and the costs and risks related to the surrender belongs to costumer.

h. The right of withdrawal, besides compliance with the terms and conditions as above, is properly exercised if it fully joins the following conditions:

– The Return Form that will be required via e-mail shop@bucobianco.com must be properly completed and transmitted to Bucobianco together with the returned goods;

– the products must be returned in the original conditions and packaging;

– the identification tag must still be attached to products (where applicable).

i. Bucobianco verifies that the returned products are in the original conditions. Otherwise Bucobianco does not accept the returned products and return the products to the customer without additional shipping charges.

j. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal , as indicated above , and verified that the products are in original condition , Bucobianco will give instructions to back the amounts already billed to the customer as quickly as possible and within 30 days from the date of receipt at the logistics hub Bucobianco . The sums shall be considered to have been refunded if they are actually credited with currency no later than the end of that period. Bucobianco will never be held as responsible for delays in crediting attributable to the bank.

k. Bucobianco will reimburse the customer the value of the returned goods, excluding shipping cost.

l. Bucobianco does not permit to request on the site the replacement or refund for products purchased in physical stores, or replacements or refunds in physical stores related to the Products purchased on the Site.

4. Liability for defective products

a. In accordance with the provisions of Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code), Bucobianco is responsible for any defects in products,  including non-compliance of the products that have been received by the customer than the ones offered and sorted on the Site. In this regard it is noted that for products partially or entirely handmade, the measures of the products may differ significantly from those indicated, without this representing defects or non-compliance.

b. The customer, in accordance with Article 130 of the Consumer Code, in case of defects, has the right to obtain correction of the goods, free of charge, by repair or replacement in order to have an appropriate reduction of the price and so the termination of contract related to the contested goods.

c. Return shipping costs for defective products or for non-conformity products with the Order will be supported by Bucobianco as well as the shipping costs incurred by the customer.

5. Product Return

a. If one or more of the products delivered do not correspond to those ordered, are damaged or if it requires the return, the customer is required to inform Bucobianco sending an e-mail to  shop@bucobianco.com.

b. The Customer Service will enable the return procedure by releasing via e-mail the appropriate return form.

c. The customer must correctly fill in the required fields of the return form and attach it to the item that it’s to return to Bucobianco.

d. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. It is at the discretion of Bucobianco to determine if a product is new or has been used by the customer. In that case it will be applied the procedure written in the point 3.i.

e. Bucobianco is proud to bear the products returning cost if and only if the customer uses DHL and if the state of the commodity meets the point 5.d. Otherwise it’s a discretion of the customer both the proof of the return of products, and the costs and risks relating to the surrender.

f. Upon receipt of the products at the warehouse of Bucobianco by Barbara Branciforti and verified the point 5.d, Bucobianco will give instructions to back the amounts already billed to the customer as quickly as possible and within 30 days from the date of receipt at the Bucobianco logistics hub.

6. Applicable law and disputes

a. The Terms and Conditions , Shipping and Returns are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted according to it .

b. The court of Milan will have the jurisdiction of any kind of dispute concerning the Terms and Conditions, Shipping , Returns and Orders.
